ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDERS

If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used during checkout.

NON-CANCELLABLE ORDERS

Orders that have already been processed, packed, or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
