Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:
→ The product delivered is damaged during transit
→ The wrong product has been delivered
→ The product remains unopened and unused in its original packaging

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
→ Opened or used products
→ Products damaged after delivery
→ Fragrance preference / dislike after purchase
→ Sale or promotional items unless damaged

RETURN REQUEST WINDOW

Any request for return must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

RETURN APPROVAL PROCESS

To initiate a return, customers must contact us via email at:

Please include:
→ Order Number
→ Reason for return
→ Photos/videos supporting the claim (if applicable)

All returns are subject to approval after review by our team.

REFUND PROCESS

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during checkout.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

→ Incorrect item delivered

REFUSAL OF RETURNS

Within Fragrances reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the conditions stated above.
